Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
All payments made for LinkrCap subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We offer credits and subscriptions as digital services that are consumed immediately upon purchase. However, we provide fair remedies in the specific circumstances below, in compliance with India's Consumer Protection Act 2019.
2. Eligible Refunds
2.1 Technical Failure (Full Refund)
If the platform is completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues within LinkrCap's control, and you are unable to use any subscribed features, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the affected period.
2.2 Duplicate Payment (Full Refund)
If you are charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error, the duplicate payment will be fully refunded within 7 business days.
2.3 Unauthorized Charge (Full Refund)
If you can demonstrate that a payment was processed without your authorization, you will receive a full refund subject to our investigation.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality
- Failure to achieve funding or business outcomes
- Change of business plans or idea abandonment
- Failure to use purchased credits during the billing period
- Plan downgrades — downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to subscribed features until the period ends
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days after cancellation
5. Refund Process

- Include your registered email address and reason for refund
- We will respond within 7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider
